Investigo are pleased to be supporting a large, global organisation with their search for a R2R Finance Change Analyst.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Change Management Team to design, develop and implement the Change Management strategy. You will be supporting the client through change impacts, training and communications to the wider business.
To be considered for this position you must have successfully completed a contract within a Finance Transformation Programme and have a proven understanding of Record to Report processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with the Change Analyst, Change Management Workstream Lead and wider Internal Comms team to create and deliver communicationsDevelop, maintain, and manage effective working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersEmbed change management methodology within the programme team and plan required to deliver the project outputsCreate clear and accurate briefing papers and other reports for key stakeholdersThe successful management of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniorityAssessment of stakeholder groups to support effective change plansSupport change management activities which increase adoption and embedding of changeWork with Change Management workstream lead and finance stakeholders to define and deliver engagement, learning and business readiness plans to prepare colleagues for change to landWork with Change Management workstream lead and workstream leads to build comprehensive and measureable training materials and opportunitiesDeliver training where appropriate to embed the Global Standard Processes
