Product Analyst, Global Operations

About the Job

The Product Operations Analyst serves as the centralized person responsible for supporting the build or enhancement of products for the MPIM teams as well as for other cross-functional teams. Leads the support and training for Planning Operations Applications (for example Start'Inn LSE). Responsible for ensuring that the planning organization is leveraging the current Applications (SAS, SGMT, AIO) to its fullest capabilities through in-depth training of new users and hands on support. Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies. Strong cross functional collaboration and communication is key to successfully executing this job. Key facilitator between Planning & IT to ensure monthly forecast & MOP process are completed accurately and on-time: make sure SAS system/worksheets are set-up and maintained on time, support business for questions, train new comers, work with Global team and IT when support is needed (reclass, realignment, upgrade,...). Support development of SME network, improved processes and video library to improve user training and adoption of new functionality, enhancements and upgrades. Manage Planning operations application (for example Stacking), user support and training. Partner with the business to prioritize the needs and manage the backlog; adapt to volatility and maintain delivery schedule through re-prioritization. Partner with IT/GCC to build an aligned roadmap for capability

enhancements Work together with IT to build, maintain, and optimize systems & products. Track usage of the tools and continuously gather feedback and insights to integrate into the product roadmap. Encourage adoption of solutions through close partnerships with business teams, understanding barriers or challenges Drive process and tool advancements for product activation to support the GTM calendar. Continuously learn about innovative technology and look for ways to upgrade our current WoW. FULL TIME/PART TIME

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing, Computer Science, or related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience (4 years of combined college education and work

experience may be substituted for a degree) 4+ years' experience in merchandise planning, product management, technology or project delivery Experience in apparel or retail experience Experience in merchandise planning and planning systems, data analytics, demand forecasting, inventory management, allocation / replenishment and / or financial planning Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies. Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail Creative thinker Strategic thinking Customer (User) centric design Excellent analytical skills &e attention to detail to interpret meaningtul themes from quantialive data and translate needs into creative, engaging, and measurable business results. Ability to perform root cause and impact analysis to investigate issues and make recommendations for potential solutions Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability. Ability to use agile toolsets for product management (Jira, Confluence, ete) Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis to investigate issues, make recommendations Ability to set objectives & effectively manage projects Able to work independently to prioritize activities based on business needs Management of stakeholders and their expectation. Communication: English fluent, written and spoken Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad, diverse group of business partners, mainly the cross-functional teams Very good active listening, written and oral communication skills, reflecting an appropriate sense of urgency Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment Ability to communicate effectively, written and in presentation form as well as orally, with all levels of employees throughout the organization. The expected starting salary range for this role is $xx,xxx- $xx,xxx. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
