Position Overview

To enhance its Operations division, Javelin is seeking to recruit two analyst-level professionals. These roles will require close collaboration with the Settlements and Documentation teams to facilitate effective post-trade processes and to collectively strive towards the group's goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Executing Trade Settlements and Invoicing
  • Preparing commodities documentation
  • Managing the Confirm reporting database
  • Addressing inquiries from the Trading/Logistics team
  • Overseeing settlement systems and daily reporting
  • Continuously managing Financing transactions
  • Reconciling various positions
  • Documenting operational processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Self-driven and proactive mindset
  • Experience in Commodities Operations
  • Degree in a STEM or Business-related discipline
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
