JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Operations Analyst within Global Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing product development and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for supporting the development and improvement of products for the MPIM teams and other collaborative groups.
  • Lead training initiatives for Planning Operations Applications, ensuring all users are proficient and supported.
  • Ensure the planning team maximizes the use of current applications (SAS, SGMT, AIO) through comprehensive training and direct assistance.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the complete customer experience and its interconnected elements.
  • Foster strong collaboration and communication across various functions to achieve success in this role.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Planning and IT to guarantee timely and accurate completion of monthly forecasts and MOP processes.
  • Support the establishment of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) network, enhancing processes and creating a video library for improved user training.
  • Oversee the management of Planning operations applications, providing user support and training.
  • Collaborate with business units to prioritize needs and manage the backlog, adapting to changes while maintaining delivery schedules.
  • Work alongside IT/GCC to develop a cohesive roadmap for capability enhancements.
  • Partner with IT to build, maintain, and optimize systems and products.
  • Monitor tool usage and gather feedback to inform the product roadmap.
  • Encourage the adoption of solutions by closely partnering with business teams to identify and address challenges.
  • Drive advancements in processes and tools to support product activation aligned with the GTM calendar.
  • Continuously explore innovative technologies to enhance our current ways of working.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in merchandise planning, product management, technology, or project delivery.
  • Experience in the apparel or retail industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in merchandise planning, planning systems, data analytics, demand forecasting, inventory management, and financial planning.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Customer-centric design approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to derive meaningful insights from quantitative data.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and propose actionable solutions.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and frequent changes.
  • Experience with agile toolsets for product management (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize activities based on business needs.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and expectation setting.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with diverse business partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a sense of urgency when necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a global collaborative team environment.
  • Strong presentation and oral communication skills across all organizational levels.
