Global HR Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Operations Manager to join our team at Paramount Global. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating HR Administration, Master Data Management, and Compliance activities across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the coordination of HR Administration, Master Data Management, and Compliance activities across multiple countries.
- Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and reduce key people dependencies.
- Collaborate with HR Specialists and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with global policies and procedures.
- Provide day-to-day line management of colleagues, including onboarding, quarterly annual reviews, career conversations, performance conversations, and quality measurement.
- Work collaboratively with the HR Operations Leadership team to drive business outcomes and improve service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Proven experience leading a team within HR Operations or a global business services environment.
- Ability to cultivate a high-performance culture based on collaboration and employee engagement.
- Knowledge of how to use data to inform priorities and focus on continuous improvement efforts.
- Proven experience with working with HR Processes, including process mapping, process re-engineering, creation of desk top procedures, application of service level agreements, and definition of appropriate controls.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use logic and data to influence decision making.
- Previous experience working with an HRIS SaaS Platform to maximize data quality.
