About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team at Paramount Global. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating HR Administration, Master Data Management, and Compliance activities across multiple countries in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination of HR Administration, Master Data Management, and Compliance activities across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data and records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance HR skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR Operations, preferably in a global business services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including process mapping, process re-engineering, and service level agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with HRIS SaaS platforms and data quality management.
  • Ability to travel to multiple countries in the EMEA region.
