Your focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, talent retention, and career development. You will work closely with managers, Recruitment, L&D, and Central ER teams to achieve these goals. The successful candidate will have extensive HR experience in a multi-site operation within leisure, retail, or hospitality. They offer a competitive salary, a 35-hour workweek, an Electric Vehicle car scheme, and a 20% bonus that has been paid out in full in the past several years.
