JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and enhancement of products across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the enhancement of products within the MPIM teams and other cross-functional groups.
  • Lead training initiatives for Planning Operations Applications, ensuring users are well-equipped to utilize the tools effectively.
  • Ensure the planning organization maximizes the use of current applications through comprehensive training and ongoing support.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the integration and dependencies within the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Foster strong collaboration and communication across various functions to ensure successful execution of responsibilities.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Planning and IT, ensuring timely and accurate completion of monthly forecasts and MOP processes.
  • Support the development of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) network and enhance processes to improve user training and adoption.
  • Manage user support and training for Planning operations applications.
  • Collaborate with business teams to prioritize needs and manage the backlog effectively.
  • Work with IT/GCC to align on a roadmap for capability enhancements.
  • Partner with IT to build, maintain, and optimize systems and products.
  • Track tool usage and gather feedback to inform the product roadmap.
  • Encourage solution adoption by understanding and addressing barriers faced by business teams.
  • Drive advancements in processes and tools to support product activation aligned with the GTM calendar.
  • Continuously seek knowledge about innovative technologies to enhance current operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in merchandise planning, product management, technology, or project delivery.
  • Experience in the apparel or retail industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with merchandise planning systems, data analytics, demand forecasting, inventory management, and financial planning.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Strong customer-centric design approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Proficient in agile toolsets for product management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to set objectives and manage projects independently.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with diverse business partners.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
