Position Overview
Javelin is seeking to enhance its Operations division by recruiting two analyst-level professionals. These roles will entail close collaboration with the Settlements and Documentation teams to guarantee seamless post-trade operations and mutual support in fulfilling departmental goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitating Trade Settlements and Invoicing
- Preparing documentation related to commodities
- Managing the Confirm reporting database
- Addressing inquiries from the Trading and Logistics teams
- Overseeing settlement systems and daily reporting tasks
- Continuously managing Financing transactions
- Reconciling various positions
- Documenting operational processes and protocols
Qualifications:
