Key Responsibilities
As a Product Insights Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Product Strategy division, employing a data-centric methodology to enhance our product roadmap. Your role will involve collecting, scrutinizing, and interpreting customer usage metrics, industry trends, and competitive insights, collaborating closely with a Senior Product Strategy Analyst to shape future product initiatives and assess their implications for the organization.
You will actively engage in data collection from various sources, identifying data custodians, understanding data formats, and synthesizing comprehensive analyses. This analytical work will empower you to guide strategic decisions regarding new product launches, modifications to current offerings, and the advancement of future innovations. By leveraging business analysis, financial modeling, and market intelligence, you will assist the team in deriving data-driven conclusions and translating them into actionable recommendations.
Your collaboration will extend across various departments, providing support to business leaders and product development teams. Utilizing tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and Gong, you will partner with Business Intelligence teams to acquire the necessary data for informed decision-making. With guidance from our Head of Product Strategy, this role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a new team, influencing the product trajectory of a growing global enterprise.
Required Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
With experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Product Analyst, you have honed your ability to gather and integrate information from diverse sources into a cohesive narrative. Your analytical skills enable you to identify product trends, understand user and customer needs, and analyze market behaviors. Your contributions directly influence the product development lifecycle within your organization.
You are proficient with various analytical tools, including Salesforce, Gong, PowerBI, and Excel. Your analytical capabilities allow you to draw insights that inform product decision-making, encompassing new product developments, enhancements to existing features, and a deeper understanding of customer needs.
As an effective communicator and collaborator, you work seamlessly with different business units and data stakeholders to obtain accurate data. You collaborate closely with Business Intelligence teams to consolidate this data into a unified dashboard, sharing your insights with the broader Product Strategy team through presentations, reports, and discussions. Although you may be early in your career in Business or Product Analysis, you are eager to be part of a dynamic global brand, gaining valuable experience to advance your career in product management.
