Position Overview
Senior Product Analyst - KYC
We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst who shares our vision of creating a world with seamless financial transactions. This role involves collaborating with operational teams to leverage data-driven insights that will enhance our rapidly expanding product offerings.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will spearhead our analytical initiatives within the KYC Experience team, focusing on enhancing customer experiences, mitigating fraudulent activities, and efficiently verifying customer identities.
Your role will involve close collaboration with product managers, designers, engineers, and fellow analysts to translate your findings into meaningful improvements for our customers, thereby advancing our mission.
About the KYC Team:
The KYC squad is dedicated to developing a sustainable and scalable KYC product, which we believe is essential for Wise to achieve its ultimate goal.
Your Objectives:
- Provide essential insights to product leadership to evaluate the operational effectiveness of the KYC function.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization in key strategic initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of the product KPI framework and target-setting processes within reporting pipelines.
- Conduct thorough analyses of product metrics and assess their impact on customer experiences.

Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics.
- Background in operational analytics, including efficiency assessments and experimentation.
- Proficiency in building data pipelines.
- Advanced skills in SQL.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) and the ability to convey insights through data storytelling.
- A proactive self-starter comfortable working within empowered teams.
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
- Previous experience in KYC-related domains.
