We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy but friendly Housing Team. Based at Carlton Forest House, Worksop the role will involve providing administrative and operational support to the Council's Housing Officer team and other Housing staff, which operate across the Bassetlaw district.

The role involves supporting the Team in responding to requests for service from tenants, carrying out tenancy and estate management functions, including issues relating to anti-social behaviour and tenancy conditions, viewings, occupation visits, and Healthy Neighbourhood Inspections, ensuring they are properly investigated and responded to effectively and efficiently.

There is a requirement for a strong focus on customer care, with frequent interaction with vulnerable people, and it is therefore essential that you have effective verbal and written communication skills. You should also have a good working knowledge of IT packages and systems.
