Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our reception areas are always immaculate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always clean and tidy, and that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Meet and greet guests, responding to their queries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Collate and deliver accurate reports on various aspects of the hotel's operations, as requested by senior management.
  • Review and implement new procedures to ensure seamless delivery of Front of House services.
  • Administer tasks such as booking meeting rooms, arranging taxi requests, and managing post and deliveries.
  • Provide a high level of customer focus to meet the business needs.
  • Respond to calls promptly and efficiently, identifying the caller's requirements and transferring calls as necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain the back area, ensuring the fire exit is clear of any obstruction.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of IT, with experience in using Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, flexible to work with a range of styles and personalities.
  • Excellent customer service skills, as well as organizational skills.
  • Strong efficiency and self-motivation, with excellent punctuality.
  • Outgoing, with a 'can-do' proactive attitude.
  • Be innovative and provide creativity.
