Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records of guest stays.
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, respond to their queries and concerns, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as collating reports, managing post and deliveries, and maintaining the reception area.
  • Communication: Liaise with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Monitor and report any incidents or accidents, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
