Main Responsibilities:
- Housing Management: You will be responsible for managing tenancies, licensing agreements, and ensuring timely payments.
- Occupancy Checks: You will conduct regular occupancy checks to ensure health and safety standards are met and occupancy numbers are correct.
- Relationship Building: You will develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Client Support: You will provide support to clients, including attending appointments and recognizing signs of deteriorating mental health.
- Administrative Tasks: You will perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the service.
Requirements:
- Experience: You will have experience working with people with complex backgrounds, including ex-offenders, individuals with mental health issues, and those with substance misuse issues.
- IT Skills: You will have basic Microsoft skills and be able to learn new software programs.
- Understanding: You will have a deep understanding of the housing and social needs of people with multiple and complex needs.
