Front of House Services Overview

As a valued member of the Frasers Group team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our properties. The Front of House Service Professional will be responsible for managing the reception area, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and deliver accurate reports on all aspects of information as requested from the client and senior management.
  • Review existing standards and procedures, implementing new best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of Front of House Services.
  • Administration, including booking meeting rooms, taxi requests, couriers, and management of all post and deliveries.
  • Provide a high level of customer focus to meet the business needs.
  • Receive and answer calls promptly and efficiently, identifying the callers' requirements and transferring calls as appropriate.
  • Where appropriate, report accidents or incidents.
  • Monitor and maintain the back area, ensuring the fire exit is clear of any obstruction.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of IT, with experience in using Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, flexible to work with a range of styles and personalities and according to business demands.
  • Excellent customer service skills, as well as organisational skills.
  • Strong efficiency and self-motivated with excellent punctuality.
  • Outgoing with a "can do" proactive attitude.
  • Be innovative and provide creativity.
