Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Specialist to join our clients dynamic Human Resources team. Under limited supervision you will assist in the development and implementation of their Group HR strategy within the Reward space ensuring alignment with our current requirements and future strategy. This role involves collaborating with various business units to identify and resolve business challenges and opportunities and to determine solutions that best fit their organisation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • University Degree and GRP certification.
  • 5 years of experience in Reward with a global technology company highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with reward tools and benchmarking.
  • Proficiency in total remuneration benchmarking and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research develop and implement strategies frameworks tools technologies and best practices for all markets globally.
  • Participate in total remuneration surveys model salary increases collect internal and external data and conduct analyses to develop salary structures.
  • Ensure a competitive posture in relevant markets both locally and internationally in line with company strategy and values/culture.
  • Evaluate roles and prepare records of validity using established evaluation systems to provide a measurement tool for internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Assist business leaders with goal/role clarification to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Implement and monitor remuneration policies systems and procedures to ensure competitive posture adherence to company values/culture and legal compliance.
  • Keep abreast of legislative requirements and best practices to highlight risks and ensure compliance.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members providing advice and training to ensure their continued growth and experience.
