Analytics Specialist ( Digital Product Analytics) - Richmond , hybrid

About the Role


The Analytics Specialist will work in the Digital Product Analytics team within the wider Digital Products team in RX's Global Technology function. They will have an overall vision to drive a data-driven culture in Digital Products and beyond, by leading analytics efforts and projects. They will balance technical analytics responsibilities and deliver data-embedded actionable insights to a wide range of stakeholders. This role is expected to strongly align the Digital Product Analytics team with counterparts in Digital Product teams, to evolve KPIs and North Star Metrics (NSM) related to product performance.



Responsibilities


  • Lead end-to-end analytics delivery (scope, define approach, implement and deliver insights)
  • Execute stakeholder management independently to collate requirements and ensure output exceeds expectations
  • Partner with relevant Digital Product delivery leads to optimize KPI
  • Manage Digital Products NSM execution for reporting
  • Own key reporting assets that are owned by Digital Product Analytics team (e.g. Digital Product Metrics / Digital Product KPI dashboard).
  • Own delivery of commercial data assets for stakeholders within Digital Products and Business Units.
  • Evangelise and demonstrate the ethos of Digital Product Analytics team
  • Provide supervision of work delivery by BI function (2x BI analysts)



Requirements


  • Demonstrate experience working in an analytics function and leading analytics output
  • Have working knowledge of web/digital reporting solutions (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Demonstrate experience with analytics projects by defining project roadmap, with consideration critical phases
  • Have experience in developing KPIs for web/digital products
  • Show demonstrable usage of SQL and Python
  • Demonstrate experience of BI solutions (PowerBI, Tableau, Big Query etc)
  • Demonstrate Experience working with cloud based analytics solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure etc)
  • Have the ability to assess digital product hypothesis and synthesis requirement into analytics delivery
