Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team at Recooty.

The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date financial records
  • Process invoices and reconcile bank accounts
  • Manage cash flow and credit control
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Support Senior Bookkeeper with day-to-day tasks
  • Assist with payroll and employee benefits

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Xero experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation: R6,500 – R8,000 per month depending on experience
