About the Role:
As a Developmental Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of young children in our nursery setting.
You will work closely with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging activities that cater to diverse learning needs
- Assess and record children's progress against developmental milestones
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective educational strategies
Requirements:
- Level 2 or level 3 Early Years Practitioners qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a nursery setting
Salary and Benefits:
£28,000 - £38,000 per annum plus benefits package
