Job purpose:
To work in partnership with the senior management team, the EA/PA will work towards increasing opportunities for organisational success by ensuring all internal structures, people processes, employee relations, reward, HR policies and people development support the creation of a high performing culture.
Outline of key responsibilities:
EA:
- Provide administration support for Owners and Senior Management In Bingham Riverhouse and bhuti
- Manage Project timelines and requirements for Owners and Senior Management to teams in Riverhouse and bhuti
- Be the main point of contact between the Owner and Third Parties including accountants, solicitors, insurance and other high level contacts.
HR:
- Manage all the HR administration including employee records, recruitment, on-boarding probationary periods, holiday and off-boarding.
- Implement HR strategies (around employee retention, welfare, etc)
- Manage the administration of all employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary’s, grievances restructures, absence management, to a satisfactory outcome in a timely manner.
- Maintain, update employee handbook to ensure full compliance.
- Track and ensure probationary reviews are completed within probation guidelines.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Manage recruitment administration, interview scheduling, and on-boarding process.
- Manage off-boarding, e.g exit interviews etc.
- Provide reporting and insight into HR metrics and KPI’, and potentially surveys to assist senior management team in their HR strategy.
- Assisting the accounts manager with payroll and invoicing when required in line with HR
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
