What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be providing accurate and timely administrative assistance to the HR function of the OSB Group Plc.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support across the wider HR team (including Payroll and Talent Acquisition
  • Act as the first point of contact for generic HR requests received into the HR Department inbo
  • Production of drafting a range of employee documentation, including contracts, contract changes and resignation acknowledgments. Assist the HR team with ad hoc paperwork as required- provide support to complete monitoring and tracking dutie
  • Provide administrative support to payroll processing to ensure that all monthly actions, including new starter paperwork, is received in accordance with the payroll deadline each month. Filing in appropriate folders to ensure audit requirements are adhered t
  • Input data into our HR Syste

In return for your commitment:

We offer a base salary dependent on experience from £22,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

  • Previous work experience in a volume driven administrative function
  • Intermediate skill level in regards to Microsoft Word and Excel
  • GCSE's in Maths and English
