As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the UK HR team with the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This is a generalist role providing HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle with the opportunity to grow and develop within the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR admin queries across the department.
- Coordinate and manage training requests, including DCLA training and mandatory course administration.
- Organise company events and manage the ordering and processing of long service awards and company gifts.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit interviews.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and new starter packs; conduct pre-employment checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using the HR database.
- Administer employee benefits packages and manage absence records, including processing return-to-work documents.
- Assist with investigations, disciplinaries, probationary reviews, and absence meetings.
- Provide recruitment administration support, including preparing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, and arranging interviews.
- Help to roll out and engage employees with Groupwide initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be within a commutable distance to Sittingbourne.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
