Talent Management Assessment Specialist

This is Inside IR35 Contract for 12 Monthsn7.5 hours per day, excluding breaks

37.5 hours per week.

UK based position, location:

flexible, can be office-based preferably in Hersham either fully office based or hybrid working / or remote working also possible.nTravel to office site will not be reimbursed.


Requirements:
MA in Psychology, Statistics or Data management, or HR is highly desirable.nPrevious work experience in the development and design of psychological assessments at a company, or in-house (eg. SHL, DDI), reporting on data, process development.nExcellent command of English language, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, good presentation skills.

nSystems:
SHL interface, and Workday.

High-level Tasks:nDesign High Potential assessment as part of Talent Management and Leadership Development processesnDevelop project plan for High-Potential identification and assessment, implement as part of the annual HR processes

Requirements:
nPsychological background- MA in Psychology, Statistics or Data management, or HRnDesired: Work experience at a psychological assessment company, or in-house role

Experience in:
nNeeded: Implementing Third-party Assessments utilized for employee selection, high potential development, leadership development

Paired with one of the following (desired):nDesign of High Potential programsnImplementation of Success ProfilesnConducting Assessment and Development Centers
