About THE ROLE

The PVH HR team are a group of focused, forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding Associate experience. Working at pace, the Talent & Development team are fanatical about development. They are determined to develop our Associates to best the best true versions of themselves, getting them ready for our future growth and plans.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Talent & Development for the Region, the Specialist for Talent & Development is responsible for the Learning & Development offer and support on the Talent Management activities for our 2000 associates in both Retail & Head Office across PVH Region North (UK, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Netherlands). This position is a 1 year Maternity cover.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead on the curation our learning offer to our full organisation, including for our Retail stores and Head Office associates – leveraging local subject matters expert and digital learning already in place.
  • Work in collaboration with European Headquarters in the design and implementation of European management development projects.
  • Support the roll-out of a learning proposition by working with our HR Business Partnering, Senior Leaders and our European Headquarter Talent Development teams.
  • Package already created learning into a meaningful learning journey with inspirational and on brand communication.
  • Build all learning at scale and understand how to deliver learning virtually across our full region to both our Head Offices and Retail stores.
  • Support with creating tools to carry out a needs analysis to understand our approach learning.
  • Deliver and embed PVH Leadership Behaviours to our full organization.
  • Lead on the implementation of management development programs, tools, frameworks, and processes to allow for greater people leaders who contribute to our business growth.
  • Partner with the Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging (ID&B) team in our European Headquarters and be responsible for the implementation of ID&B learning.
  • Where required, support the Senior Manager of Talent & Development and implement through HR Business Partnering with Talent Management initiatives, including but not limited to Performance Management, Performance Calibration, Talent Management and Talent Succession.

About YOU

  • You'll have previous experience in Learning & Development, ideally for a fashion retailer and ideally across multiple geographical locations.
  • You'll be an expert facilitator, delivering learning across multiple channels and confident in digital learning design.
  • You'll Connect to Consumer, understanding the role of our Associates in all parts of our business so you can deliver great learning.
  • You will work well with change, being able to Adapt Fast and work with pace.
  • You'll Stay Curious, constantly keeping up to date with external learning trends.
  • You'll work as part of a team, identifying learning solutions with the Talent team, HR Business Partnering and the business, constantly Collaborating to Win making the very best learning decisions.
  • You'll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability Inspire Trust and build relationships with ease.
  • You'll Take Ownership, being skilled in analysis, time management, problem solving and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Analysis skills, with the ability to use data and information to tell a story to relevant stakeholders.
