- Innovating in candidate attraction, creating talent pools via direct sourcing, social media, and networking.
- Formulating and executing strategies to attract a diverse range of qualified candidates.
- Participating in interviews and leading assessment centres to provide essential HR insights.

- Engaging in the recruitment agency performance review process.
- Ensuring a sterling candidate experience by fostering robust relationships.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and direct sourcing skills.
- A creative mindset, with a proactive response to evolving talent acquisition landscapes.
- Experience in managing resourcing projects, particularly those focused on innovation.
- Proficiency with online applicant tracking systems, ideally Infinite Brassring.
- Analytical prowess and excellent communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit, outstanding organisational abilities, and a commitment to diversity in recruitment.
