Job Title: Tax Technology Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Location: Nationwide, with 2 days a week in office

Salary: £68,000 - £75,000, plus excellent benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Technology Manager to join our team at E-Resourcing Ltd - Specialist I.T. Recruitment. As a key member of our Tax team, you will work closely with our tax practice to develop and implement new technologies that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with tax and IT teams to design and implement new tools and systems that enhance our tax capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies across the organization.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, including IT and suppliers, to implement new technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain our tax intranet and knowledgebase to ensure easy access to information and resources.
  • Support other national tax initiatives as needed, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong tax skills, with a passion for technology and a curiosity to explore new technologies that improve business processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Technology skills, including MS Excel, SharePoint, and PowerApps, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Previous experience in designing and delivering training, or project management, is highly desirable but not essential.
