About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Technology Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a key interface between tax and IT teams, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing technology solutions to improve our tax processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tools and systems that enhance tax efficiency and productivity.
  • Training and Guidance: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Technology Implementation: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT and suppliers, to implement new technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Tax Intranet and Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain our tax intranet and knowledge base to ensure easy access to relevant information.
  • Support to National Tax Initiatives: Provide support to other national tax initiatives as needed, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Tax Skills: Possess strong tax skills, including ATT or equivalent, and a passion for technology.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Technology Skills: Possess excellent technology skills, including MS Excel, and experience with SharePoint and PowerApps is highly regarded.
  • Project Management and Training Experience: Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs, and/or project management experience, is desirable but not essential.
  • Teamwork and Prioritization: Be able to work effectively as part of a small team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
