About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Technology Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of technology to improve our tax processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance our tax capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT and suppliers, to implement technology solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Design and maintain our tax intranet and knowledge base to ensure easy access to critical information.
  • Support other national tax initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall success of our tax function.
Requirements
  • Strong tax expertise, with a passion for technology and a desire to explore new technologies to improve our tax processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Advanced technology skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint, and PowerApps.
  • Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs, or project management experience, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
