Job Summary

The Tax Technology Manager will play a key role in driving the adoption of technology to improve tax processes and efficiency at Pro-Tax. This is an exciting opportunity for a tax professional with a passion for technology to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that enhance tax processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT and suppliers, to implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Design and maintain the tax intranet and knowledge base to support tax professionals.
  • Support other national tax initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong tax skills (ATT or equivalent) and a passion for technology, with a curiosity to explore new technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong technology skills, including MS Excel, SharePoint, and PowerApps.
  • Previous experience in designing and delivering training, and/or project management experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team, prioritizing multiple projects and tasks.
