About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Building Design Partnership. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in providing proactive and professional HR services to support the growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on HR contractual issues, including probation, performance management, health and wellbeing, and employee relations.
- Support Directors and line managers in conducting capability, grievance, and disciplinary hearings, and provide guidance on related documentation.
- Monitor and analyze sickness absence levels, and advise employees on contractual sick pay and long-term sick leave.
- Assist with flexible working applications and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with HR Administrators to ensure timely completion of payroll activities and related paperwork.
Requirements
- CIPD qualified or extensive relevant Human Resources experience.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Team player with a strong commitment to delivering business results.
