Job description

Join our UK Talent Operations team and make an impact across Publicis Media, Publicis Health, and our Creative, Production, and Influence practices. Collaborating with Talent Management, L&D, and Talent Acquisition, you'll become the go-to expert for Talent Data, delivering vital insights and information to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities
  • Running, collating, and sharing ad hoc and regular reports for a range of stakeholder groups using data from different HR and business sources
  • Partnering with the Talent Operations Data Manager to analyse of data and develop insights
  • Assist in gathering, cleaning, and maintaining datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to provide actionable insights to the Talent team and other stakeholders
  • Work with the Talent team to understand their data needs and deliver insights that support their initiatives, providing a knowledgeable and trusted service
  • Aid in automating data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency
