ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be pivotal in assisting our Talent Partners and the broader People Team during a dynamic growth phase at Carwow Group. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing the efficiency and precision of our recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent. You will prioritize delivering an outstanding candidate experience, from the initial job posting to the pre-onboarding phase. Your efforts will foster strong relationships with prospective hires and the community, bolstering our employer brand and supporting our ambitious growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate interviews and technical assessments among candidates, hiring managers, executive assistants, and Talent Partners.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience at various stages of the recruitment process, maintaining a CNPS above industry standards.
  • Execute necessary tasks during the offer and pre-onboarding phases.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and IT to streamline the pre-onboarding process.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions on relevant job boards.
  • Create documentation and process manuals to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Administer hiring materials and maintain the applicant tracking system (Workable), ensuring it is current.
  • Support Talent Partners by compiling and analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize third-party platforms to analyze data and ensure recruitment goals are met.
  • Organize and support job fairs and career events to promote Carwow Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality administration and coordination.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and capable of working independently while being a cohesive team member.
  • Analytical mindset, leveraging data to drive improvements and achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Experience with recruitment systems, such as Workable ATS, is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
