Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them appropriately.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Manage and maintain all incoming mail.
- Create and maintain a filing system for both office records and personnel files.
- Maintain the office calendar, including scheduling appointments for clients and vendors.
- Maintain the office kitchen area by making coffee, charging phones, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
