**Office Administrator / Receptionist**
**Location**:Staines
**Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM**
**Responsibilities**:
- Place orders related to projects, office management, and staff requirements
- Monitor inventory of consumables, stationery, and other supplies in alignment with Studio Celiberti’s budget and expense management
- Assist in generating and preparing regular reports using Sage and Excel
- Maintain meticulous records of communications with contractors and suppliers, addressing any arising issues
- Oversee management of statements and invoices
- Organize and maintain an efficient online and paper-based filing system
- Efficiently manage incoming phone calls and take messages when necessary
- Booking Flights and Accommodations
**Requirements**:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- 2-3 years of experience in Administration/Office Management or equivalent roles
- Comfortable engaging with high-profile clients in the luxury sector
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
- A strong desire for personal and professional growth
- Booking flights and accommodations
- Full Driving licence
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Manage office insurances, gas, and hydro, including documentation and payments
- Provide assistance to the team as required, fostering seamless collaboration
- Maintain open lines of communication among team members
- Greet and welcome clients and suppliers upon their arrival
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for order placement, invoicing, and delivery coordination
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
- Demonstrate the ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize with a strong sense of urgency
- Display fluency in professional verbal and written communication
- Showcase creative problem-solving skills and maintain a proactive "can do" attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 - 40 per week
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
