Full-time (Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week) - office based

Salary:
£27,000 per annum


FINTEC recruit is seeking a skilled and motivated Estate and Property Administrator with experience in estates or property management, legal aspects, and contract negotiations.

As an essential member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of our client's estate and property portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the preservation and registration of Title Deeds, maintaining a digital record for present and future needs.
  • Create and manage Estates Case sheets for review by the Estates Group, recording all information for a complete audit history.
  • Liaise with 3rd parties, partners, and internal resources to manage our client's estate in line with business needs.
  • Coordinate and respond to external estates matters promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a network of internal and external contacts for all property and estate matters.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all estate and property matters, including business improvement initiatives.
  • Manage estates annual rates notifications, ensuring accurate status reflection and appropriate charges.
  • Ensure compliant with rental agreements and effectively negotiates with landlords, with legal support if needed.
  • Support for achieving rental income by managing agreements and providing necessary legal support.
  • Build and maintain a positive image of our client's property and estate management with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate estaterelated aspects of public access where required
  • Liaise with our client's legal advisors to manage all legal elements of the estates and property portfolio.
  • Provide data and documentation in response to all estaterelated inquiries and reporting requirements.
  • Create and maintain a central information source for all estate and property data.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in estate or property management, including legal and contract negotiations.
  • Knowledge of Title Deeds preservation, estate management processes, and propertyrelated legalities.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and relationshipbuilding skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data management and reporting.
