As the principal point of contact for your landlords, you'll be required to build quality, lasting client relationships.By working closely with the colleagues in your team to ensure the team deliver a best-in-class experience you also support in achieving a market-leading position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the letting strategy for the company.
- Attract, retain, and build strong relationships with landlords and property owners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee marketing and advertising initiatives to attract tenants.
- Negotiate and finalize letting agreements and rental terms.
- Monitor rental property performance and recommend improvements.
- Handle escalated client concerns and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on the local property market and industry trends.
- Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential lettings management.
- In-depth knowledge of the Edinburgh rental market and related regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property management.
- A valid driver's license and access to transportation for property viewings
