Key Responsibilities- Maximise property performance, retain clients, and promote portfolio growth
- Deliver administration and compliance for managed portfolios and direct reports
- Ensure 100% regulatory compliance, minimise void periods, and increase rents mid-tenancy
- Manage a high-performing team, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs
- ARLA qualified or equivalent
- Knowledge of the private residential tenancy regime in Scotland
- Minimum three years' experience in a senior property role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
