About the Role

Rettie & Co. is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our expanding Edinburgh Lettings team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Assistants, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise the performance of properties under your management, retaining clients and promoting portfolio growth.
  • Deliver all aspects of administration and compliance associated with property management, including regulatory standards, void periods, rent increases, and arrears.
  • Manage a team of Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Assistants, conducting performance reviews, identifying training needs, and participating in recruitment and out-of-hours on-call rota.
Requirements
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a property role at a senior level.
  • Knowledge of the private residential tenancy regime in Scotland.
  • Proficient in IT systems, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, organisation, and influencing skills.
