About the Role
Rettie & Co. is a leading independent property specialist with a strong track record of market knowledge and exceptional customer care. We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to support our ambitious growth plans and lead a team of Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise the performance of properties under management, retain clients, and promote portfolio growth.
- Deliver all aspects of administration and compliance associated with property management.
- Manage a high-performing team, conduct performance reviews, and identify training and development requirements.
Requirements
- ARLA qualified or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years experience in a property role at a senior level.
- Proficient in the use of IT systems, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
