Our Lettings and Management division is a leading player in the Scottish property market, and we are looking for a skilled professional to lead our team of Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Assistants.

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the performance of the properties under your direct management, retaining clients, and promoting portfolio growth. You will also be accountable for delivering all aspects of administration and compliance associated with the management of your own portfolio and that of your direct reports.

Key responsibilities include ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory standards, minimizing void periods, increasing rents mid-tenancy, minimizing arrears, promoting investment and upgrading works, and effective management throughout the tenancy.

As a line manager, you will be responsible for conducting performance reviews, regular one-to-one meetings, and compliance reporting with your direct reports. You will also identify training and development requirements, participate in the recruitment of new team members, and encourage your team to learn and develop.

**Key Requirements:**

* ARLA qualified or equivalent
* Knowledge of the private residential tenancy regime in Scotland
* Minimum of three years experience in a property role at a senior level
* Proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
* Strong written and verbal communication/numeracy/data analysing skills
* Strong negotiation, organization, and influencing skills
* Proven track record in delivery targets within a demanding environment
* Self-motivated problem solver with strong interpersonal skills
* Full, clean driving license
