As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the property management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

  • Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information, lease agreements, and other propertyrelated documents
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders with the appropriate personnel
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and invoices
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are wellmaintained and address any issues promptly
  • Assist in the leasing process by conducting property tours and upselling additional amenities or services
  • Utilize SME and Fixflo or other property management software to manage tenant accounts, track payments, and generate reports

Job Types:
