Responsibilities:

  • Overall Purpose of Job


This role within the busy Investment Accounting team is to support the Client delivery for Property Managers, Facilities Managers and Accountants.

This will include assistance with a varied range of duties across all teams.

This role requires a self-starter with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle many tasks and priorities on an ongoing basis.


  • The role is to support the team throughout a busy period of transition, expansion, and change. Supporting within the property administration team and the wider team whilst we establish new processes.
The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties:

  • Raising purchase orders for Property and Facilities Managers
  • Diarise regularly checking and cleansing of systems to ensure stages are completed in a timely manner
  • Preparing budget packs for distribution to tenants
  • Preparing SC year ends for distribution to tenants
  • Facilitating recharges of all kinds to tenants
  • Liaise with internal team members to resolve tenant queries
  • Preparing information for inclusion in the SC year end audits
  • Distribution of insurance demands and back up on an annual basis.
  • Providing ad hoc support to teams on a project basis, liaising with suppliers and tenants in conjunction with the Property Managers

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
