Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and source new clients through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to facilitate property deals, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

Account Management: Oversee and maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and financial transactions.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing communications.

Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking initiative and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of business principles and commercial practices.

IT Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and general IT systems.

Pay:
