Logan Property is a fast-growing property management company based in Edinburgh. We specialise in residential lettings, whether long term, corporate, short term or holiday lets.
We are growing rapidly and are seeking an experienced office administrator to join the team in our Edinburgh office.
Tasks will include:
- Handling guest enquiries, either online or on the phone
- Reconciling payments and preparing reports for invoicing and payroll
- Creating client invoices
- Onboarding new properties, creating profiles and setting up listings
- Helping tenants with any enquiries or issues they may have
- Maintaining accurate records of property details across multiple platforms
- Coordinating contractors when repairs are required
- at least 2 years' experience, preferably within a letting agency or similar property management company;
- organisational skills that are second-to-none;
- excellent IT skills, particularly with the MS Office suite;
- experience with using Xero is essential;
- knowledge of other platforms such as FixFlo, PayProp, PMS systems etc is desirable, but not essential;
- a full, clean driving licence.
Training will be provided, including obtaining professional letting agent accreditation after a qualifying period.
The role has the scope to develop into full time or a more senior position within the company as our growth continues.
The role is part-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm.Our package includes:
