Property Team Administrator needed for Edinburgh City Centre Legal Firm

Your new company
A multinational law firm which specialises in the energy, infrastructure, financial services, real estate and technology sectors

Your new role

To work with the Property division providing administrative support in the way of maintaining various database systems, assisting members of the Property division with day to day tasks and overall assisting the Property division with the day to day runningof the business.


What you'll need to succeed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Administration experience in a busy environment is desirable
  • Previous work in a law firm advantageous
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Good English language and grammar skills

Professional/Technical Skills

  • Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills
  • Meticulous eye for detail and accuracy
  • Good IT skills knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required

Skills/Abilities/Aptitudes

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Maintains confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent project and time management skills

What you'll get in return
This role offers a competitive benefits package including a salary of £20,000 to £23,000 depending on experience.
