We've got an exciting opportunity for a highly-organised and motivated Property Sales Negotiator to join our Estate Agency team on a part-time basis.

Our Estate Agency service has been growing at a steady pace since we launched in 2020, and our passionate team is doing excellent work in delivering exceptional service to our buyers and sellers, ensuring we're on track for continued growth throughout 2024 and beyond.

This is a dynamic role and offers a fantastic opportunity to help continue to develop our estate agency offering, and bring your own ideas and personality to the table.

In this role you'll be leading the sale process for our estate agency clients, always aiming to exceed expectations, reduce their anxiety, and create lasting and memorable relationships.

You need to be willing to do a bit of everything; helping new clients understand the process of selling property, coordinating preparation works, arranging and coordinating marketing with our in-house team, writing property descriptions & creating brochures, managing and responding to enquiries, arranging and following-up on viewings, leading negotiations with buyers and sellers and working closely with solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction.

We view both sellers and buyers as our customers, understanding that every buyer interaction could potentially generate a lead for a property sale too, either now or in the future.

So, it's imperative our buyers are being well looked after, that we're doing all we can to understand their position and helping facilitate their purchase brilliantly.

Previous property sales experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.

What matters most is that you're great with people, and you're driven by providing a fantastic customer experience at every turn.

You will be communicating constantly with a wide variety of Umega customers, collaborators and colleagues every day.

When relaying information back and forth between different people, via a variety of methods, crystal-clear and confident communication is paramount.

You'll also need to take a measured approach to your busy workload, understanding how to manage and prioritise your time effectively both as an individual and as a contributor to the team dynamic.

As you'll be liaising and negotiating with a variety of people every day, the stronger your knowledge and understanding, the better and faster the resolution will be.

You'll therefore need to be a fast-learner who is willing to dive in and learn as you go.

  • Have five or more years of customerfacing experience in an office environment or administration role (experience in the property sector would be advantageous, but is not essential).
  • Are confident and comfortable thinking on your feet, multitasking and prioritising your workload.
  • Are a naturally warm, friendly and personable nature across all forms of communication.
  • Are a selfstarter with an enthusiasm for "getting stuckin" and learning as you go.
  • Have a strong commitment to your own learning and development.
  • Take real pride in all aspects of your role the big things and the little things all matter
  • Hold a valid Driving License this is essential.
