My client develop a platform of communication solutions that works with businesses to enhance their customer service across multiple platforms, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Voice, and much more.
The solutions allow businesses to connect and engage with their customers at scale using automation technology to create an efficient workflow, sending personalized messages in bulk.
Customer use can range from a couple of thousands per month units to tens of millions in a day, the larger clients having dedicated servers to accommodate.
Product appeal spans across many vertical markets with current strength in Retail, Leisure and Logistics.A small division of a global software group (totalling over 130 software companies and 60,000+ customers), we are looking to add a Sales resource that can help expand their client base with a pro-active style and emphasis on self generated business.
You'll need a background in software /technology sales to facilitate a good understanding of the technology platform and gravitas in customer communications.
The role can work remotely with some travel for occasional group meetings and/or trade shows, and offers strong base with uncapped OTE/bonus.
