A global insurance company with offices across the UK and internationally is looking for someone to head up their UK Enterprise Risk and ESG team.

You'll be leading a small but growing team with scope to grow it further. This is a hands on role so requires someone who is happy to lead from the front. The role offers autonomy and the chance to develop new revenue streams.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Responsibility for current and new revenue streams
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (at board and operational level)
  • Advising on ERM and ESG including climate change
  • Selling and Engaging with clients
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the larger team
  • The ability to travel when needed for client and corporate meetings

You will have:

  • Significant experience in enterprise risk advisory either from a consultancy
  • Excellent communications skills and project management skills
  • Previous team management and development experience
  • Some knowledge of either climate change or ESG
