Enterprise Risk Strategist Job Overview
As an Enterprise Risk Strategist at Munich Re Specialty Group (MRSG), you will be instrumental in fostering the establishment and execution of a robust risk management framework throughout the organization. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Delivering insightful risk management assessments and guidance to various business units
- Assisting the Head of Risk Management in executing the annual risk management agenda
- Developing essential risk metrics and tracking risk patterns
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure that effective controls are established
- Overseeing incident management processes and contributing to risk awareness training programs
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management or internal auditing
- Familiarity with the insurance sector
- Exceptional skills in report writing and delivering presentations
- Capability to challenge and engage stakeholders across all levels
- Understanding of Solvency II and the Lloyd's market is advantageous
- Strong emphasis on adhering to reporting timelines and fostering collaborative relationships
